Sensitive Skin: this skin condition is for people who break out easily in rashes and get an itchy, irritated, red, blotchy, stinging or uncomfortable skin in response to products or the weather. These gentle formulas avoid ingredients commonly used in skin care designed for "normal" complexions because they can prove problematic for your sensitive complexion. You will not find any of the following in these ingredients: fragrance, unsafe colorants, alcohols, urea, sulfates, harsh acids, strong emulsifiers, lanolins, or mineral oils. A few products listed below are not shown in the picture.

An Ideal Skin Routine for Women and Men
2 times per day:
Cleanser- lather cleanser between palms with tepid w a massage over face and neck. Rinse, pat skin dry.
Toner- using a cotton square or ball, sweep toner over entire face and neck.
Powerplex and/or High Performance products as needed for problem areas- after toner dries, apply 1-2 pumps on fingertips and spread over face with fingertips.
Moisturizer- apply to face and neck with fingertips.
Eye & Throat Creme as needed- apply to eye area and throat with fingertips.
Exfoliator (1-2 times per week)- Apply exfoliator in place of cleanser 1-2 days a week.
Masque-(1 time per week) Apply as directed on jar.
An Ideal Skin Routine for Teens:
2 times per day:
Cleanser-lather cleanser between palms with tepid water and massage over face and neck. Rinse, pat skin dry.
Toner-using a cotton square or ball, sweep toner over entire face and neck.
Rescue Gel for acne as needed-after toner dries, apply 1-2 pumps on fingertips and spread over face with fingertips or spot treat acne and place gel directly on breakout area
Moisturizer depending on skin type-apply to face and neck with fingertips
Gentle exfoliator (1-2 times per week)
